Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
- Lead crews while maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Support early-stage civil construction works
- Oversee concreting and structural works as the project progresses
- Assist with finishing works toward project completion
- Proven experience as a Leading Hand in civil construction (essential)
- Strong civil background, particularly in early-stage works
- Solid concreting experience for structural phases
- Exposure to project finishing stages
- Experience with mechanical fit-out or pipework (highly regarded)
- Reliable, hands-on leader with strong communication skills
- Long-term project with extended scope of works
- Immediate start available
- Stable work on a significant infrastructure project
