Chandler Macleod is partnering with Vulcanic TEE, part of the Spirax Group (FTSE100), as they embark on an exciting growth journey. We are seeking an exceptional HR Manager to play a pivotal role at the Coffs Harbour site.

About the Role

This senior, site‑based HR leadership role plays a key part in enabling a positive, values‑driven workplace. You will deliver HR strategies aligned with global direction while responding to local operational needs, working closely with site leaders to strengthen culture, capability and performance. The position is on‑site and part‑time across five days per week, offering flexible school‑hours to support balance and inclusion.

Your Impact
  • Lead and implement HR strategy, policies and programs at site level
  • Oversee employee and industrial relations, including union engagement and compliance
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, workforce planning and talent pipelines
  • Drive performance management, development and succession planning
  • Oversee compensation, benefits and job grading to ensure fairness and competitiveness
What You Bring
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 8–10 years’ progressive HR experience, within an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Proven ability to deploy corporate HR frameworks locally
  • Strong expertise in labour relations and employment law
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and leadership skills
