We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor with strong case management capability to join our client. This part‑time role offers 30 hours per week, with the flexibility to spread your hours across the week to suit your lifestyle and commitments.

About the Role: In this position, you will manage a high volume of employee relations matters and provide trusted HR advice across the organisation. You’ll work closely with leaders, support investigations, and ensure best‑practice HR processes are followed. This is a fixed‑term contract until 30 June 2026, with genuine potential to transition to a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high‑volume employee relations and case management matters
- Provide timely, accurate HR advice to leaders and employees
- Support investigations, documentation and compliance with employment legislation
- Partner with leaders to build capability and promote best‑practice HR processes
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar HR/ER role
- Strong background in high‑volume case management
- Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation
