Graffiti Response Lead
Location:  Field‑based
Contract:  Temporary – 13 April 2026 to 30 June 2026
Hours:  Full time, 38 hours per week
Work Pattern:  Monday to Sunday roster (7:30am–3:45pm)
Rate:  $49 per hour

An opportunity is available for an experienced  Graffiti Response Lead (Technical)  to oversee day‑to‑day graffiti management operations within a community‑facing environment.
This hands‑on role combines leadership, contractor coordination and field support, ensuring service standards and safety requirements are consistently met.

About the Role
You will lead a small field‑based team and coordinate graffiti removal services through a works management system. T
his role requires strong leadership skills, a proactive approach to service delivery and the ability to support on‑the‑ground operations when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support two direct field‑based reports
  • Refer graffiti removal requests to contractors via works management systems
  • Monitor service standards and work outputs
  • Ensure compliance with the organisation’s Graffiti Management Policy
  • Oversee the health, safety and wellbeing of team members
  • Provide hands‑on assistance in the field when needed
  • Liaise with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely graffiti response
Skills & Experience
  • Driver’s licence required
  • Experience or knowledge in graffiti management, amenity or outdoor services preferred
  • Understanding of relevant legislation, including graffiti prevention frameworks (desirable)
  • Experience supervising or leading staff in a field‑based environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to service quality
  • Commitment to safe work practices
Requirements
  • Ability to attend interview as part of the selection process
  • Standard PPE required: hi‑vis vest, long‑sleeve shirt, long work pants and safety boots
