We are seeking an exceptional FP&A Analyst to join a high‑performing Financial Planning & Reporting team and play a key role in driving strategic, data‑led decision making across a complex organisation.
This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, long‑term financial planning, and meaningful analysis that directly supports organisational outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with business units to analyse financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver clear, insight‑driven commentary
- Deliver monthly management reporting and support long‑term financial planning activities
- Build, maintain and enhance complex financial models (OLAP experience highly regarded)
- Design and manage Power BI dashboards that translate data into compelling financial stories
- Lead process improvements and uplift financial capability across senior stakeholders
- Support strategic and operational initiatives through deep‑dive financial analysis
- CA or CPA qualified finance professional
- Strong FP&A experience with a business partnering focus
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Strong Power BI capability and exposure to enterprise‑level financial modelling
- Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in dynamic, complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
