An established organisation operating within the professional services sector is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its finance function and support strategic decision making.
This is a senior hands-on role responsible for end-to-end financial management, statutory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with executive leadership to ensure financial governance, performance insights, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all accounting and financial operations
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements
- Partner with senior leaders on financial strategy and performance
- Improve finance systems, controls, and reporting processes
- Lead and develop finance team members as applicable
- CPA or CA qualified
- Strong experience in a Finance Manager or similar senior role
- Proven expertise across management reporting and compliance
- High level stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience improving finance processes and controls
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical capability
