We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintainer to join our Fixed Plant Shutdown Electrical Team on a casual basis. This role will see you performing preventative and breakdown maintenance across fixed plant assets during planned shutdowns.

Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, you will be part of a collaborative and high‑performing maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out scheduled and planned maintenance to improve reliability and performance of fixed plant equipment
- Responding to breakdowns and performing component change‑outs as required
- Undertaking fault finding and troubleshooting of electrical faults
- Identifying and reporting issues related to plant assets, practices, and procedures
- Accurately recording maintenance activities using SAP
- Identifying opportunities for equipment and process improvement
- Ensuring all tasks are completed in compliance with the Mines Safety Inspection Regulations Act
What You’ll Bring To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
- Electrical Trade Qualification with an unrestricted WA A‑Grade Electrical Licence
- Demonstrated experience with Fixed Plant equipment, including ship loaders, screens, reclaimers, stackers, crushers, and conveyors
- Strong fault‑finding skills and the ability to interpret electrical schematics
- A current manual C Class driver’s licence
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment
- A positive, proactive, and “can‑do” attitude
- Be reliable, self‑motivated, and shutdown‑ready
- MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card) or ability to obtain one
- Clean police clearance
Highly Regarded
- High Voltage (HV) Switching qualification
- Exposure to maintenance management systems, particularly SAP
