Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate multiple electrical contractors and work fronts
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification
- Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and documentation
- Conduct pu nch list walkdowns and quality inspections
- Manage isolations and HV systems
- Interpret and review electrical drawings and project documentation
- Support commissioning, handover and SIMOPS coordination
- Drive field leadership, safety compliance and BMS adherence
- Build strong relationships with site teams, stakeholders and contractors
Essential Requirements (MUST Have)
- Section 26 (S26) – Statutory Supervisor qualification
- WA A-Grade Electrical Licence
- High Voltage Switching Certification
- Minimum 10+ years electrical experience
- At least 5 years in a Supervisory role within mining/construction
- Proven experience with HV distribution systems (overhead & underground)
- You must have full working rights in Australia.
Highly Regarded
- Cert IV in Instrumentation
- Experience with fibre and communications networks
- Exposure to completions management systems
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, HS&E regulations and commissioning practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
