Location: South of the River (Wagerup / Kwinana / Pinjarra)
Rate:  $55 per hour + Super (accredited) | $45 per hour + Super (training pathway)
Employment Type: Seasonal Contract | June – September

About the Role

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced AG Drone Pilots for upcoming seasonal agricultural and mining drone operations in Western Australia.
This Expression of Interest is designed to build a pre‑qualified talent pool of drone pilots who can be mobilised quickly during peak operational periods.

AG Drone Pilots support heavy‑lift drone operations, including drone spreading and large‑area field activities within operational environments. This is a field‑based role requiring strong technical capability, a high level of safety awareness, and the ability to work autonomously during high‑volume campaigns.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • RePL 150kg (mandatory)
  • BVLOS accreditation
  • Minimum 10 hours field experience operating heavy‑lift drones
  • Demonstrated experience operating DJI T40 and/or T50 platforms
  • DJI T100 experience highly regarded
  • Experience in drone spreading and/or agricultural operations preferred
  • Ability to operate in undulating terrain
Technical & Software Requirements
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Proven ability to manage and maintain accurate operational data and records
  • Ability to work through high‑volume, repetitive operational tasks with accuracy
Must‑Haves
  • Strong commitment to safety and systematic work practices
  • Ability to work autonomously in operational environments
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Current C Class Australian Driver’s Licence
  • Full Australian working rights
