Key duties include:
- Operate a Medium Rigid (MR) or Heavy Rigid (HR) vehicle on the tarmac
- Prepare, assemble, and verify flight loads, managing schedules independently.
- Engage with customers in a professional manner during handovers and marshal vehicles on the tarmac in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Carry out routine vehicle checks and report any faults or maintenance issues.
- Uphold hygiene standards by cleaning galleys, vehicles, and operational areas.
- Complete required documentation, follow safety protocols, and use correct manual handling practices.
- Maintain company expectations across quality, safety, and customer service, and support other operational tasks as required.
- Hold a current and valid ASIC card.
- Have a valid Australian MR or HR driver’s licence. (Training pathways are available—candidates may begin as a Marshaller and progress toward obtaining an MR licence.)
- Possess an Authority to Drive Airside (ADA).
