Hours: Full‑time hours – Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Chandler Macleod has partnered with one of our well‑known clients to seek an experienced and customer‑focused Customer Service Officer to support day‑to‑day operations within a fast‑paced, operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception duties, including managing incoming calls and front‑of‑house enquiries
- Taking, processing, and accurately logging customer orders
- Providing customer service support to internal and external stakeholders
- Liaising closely with warehouse and logistics teams to support order fulfilment
- General administrative tasks, including data entry and record maintenance
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administration
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a blue‑collar, operational environment
- Understanding of logistics or warehousing operations is highly regarded
- Reliable, detail‑focused, and team‑oriented
- Must be prepared to undergo drug and alcohol testing
- Available to work full‑time hours Monday - Friday
