What you’ll be doing:
- Resolving customer enquiries and handling issues efficiently
- Managing communication via email and internal systems
- Coordinating with drivers and supervisors to complete delivery requests (e.g. address updates, special instructions)
- Using internal PC systems to track and process tasks
- Assisting with occasional freight handling as required
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence using computers, email, and internal systems
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- A proactive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Flexibility to assist across different operational needs
