About You:
  • 3 to 5 years customer service experience 
  • Fantastic phone and email manner 
  • Prior experience in a leadership role  
  • A strong customer focus   
  • The ability to delegate

From the moment customers reach out, you’ll ensure they are connected with friendly, knowledgeable professionals who are ready to assist.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing all escalations and providing solutions that are in the best interest of both the customer and the business 
  • Ensuring productivity across the team
  • Monitor performances
  • Identify areas for improvement
  • Mentor customer service representatives
