About You:
- 3 to 5 years customer service experience
- Fantastic phone and email manner
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- A strong customer focus
- The ability to delegate
From the moment customers reach out, you’ll ensure they are connected with friendly, knowledgeable professionals who are ready to assist.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all escalations and providing solutions that are in the best interest of both the customer and the business
- Ensuring productivity across the team
- Monitor performances
- Identify areas for improvement
- Mentor customer service representatives
