Required Skills:
- Proven experience managing control systems projects in industrial or manufacturing settings
- Strong technical expertise in PLC, DCS, SCADA, and HMI systems
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Solid understanding of electrical and software engineering principles
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Experience with cybersecurity best practices in control systems
- Knowledge of plc programming languages such as ladder logic, function block, and structured text
- Familiarity with industrial network protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profibus)
- Prior experience in commissioning and startup activities
- Certifications like PMP, Certified Automation Professional (CAP), or related credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within control systems or automation sectors
- Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects
- Willingness to travel as required for site visits and project deployment (up to 25%)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site at various locations
- Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards
