Required Skills:

  • Proven experience managing control systems projects in industrial or manufacturing settings
  • Strong technical expertise in PLC, DCS, SCADA, and HMI systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Solid understanding of electrical and software engineering principles
  • Effective leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with cybersecurity best practices in control systems
  • Knowledge of plc programming languages such as ladder logic, function block, and structured text
  • Familiarity with industrial network protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profibus)
  • Prior experience in commissioning and startup activities
  • Certifications like PMP, Certified Automation Professional (CAP), or related credentials
Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within control systems or automation sectors
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects
Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel as required for site visits and project deployment (up to 25%)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site at various locations
  • Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards
