Join a national supplier supporting a major Australian grocery retailer as they roll out a new bakery equipment program across multiple sites. We are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to act as the central point of contact between the business and the retailer, with a strong focus on administration, reporting and day‑to‑day coordination.

This is a newly created role, ideal for a self‑starter who enjoys building structure, managing information and supporting a high‑touch client relationship. You will work closely with internal teams to gather data, coordinate activity and deliver clear, accurate reporting to the client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary day‑to‑day liaison between the business and a major grocery retailer.
  • Coordinate ordering, service and installation activity for bakery equipment across multiple sites.
  • Collect, consolidate and maintain accurate data relating to service technicians, site visits and works completed.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly client reports covering activity, servicing, time on site and compliance requirements.
  • Support monitoring of DIFOT performance and follow up outstanding actions or issues.
  • Ensure documentation and reporting align with agreed safety, QA and compliance standards.

Experience Required
  • Experience in an administrative, coordination or client‑facing role, ideally within operations, services or retail environments.
  • Strong reporting and data management capability, with high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable acting as a single point of contact for a demanding, high‑engagement client.
  • Ability to gather information from multiple internal stakeholders and present it clearly.
  • Self‑starter mindset, comfortable helping build processes and reporting frameworks from scratch.
  • Background in QA, compliance or structured reporting environments is highly desirable.

Why Apply?
  • Newly created role with the opportunity to shape processes and reporting frameworks.
  • High‑visibility position supporting a major national grocery customer.
  • North Brisbane (Geebung) base with close collaboration across state teams.
  • Future exposure to additional retail clients as the program expands.
