As a Commissioning and Completions Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of commissioning and project completion activities. You'll work closely with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure that projects reach their commissioning milestones on time, within scope, and meet all safety and quality standards. Your expertise will help facilitate a seamless transition from construction to operational phases, ensuring operational readiness and client satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in commissioning and completions management within (industry specifics, e.g., oil & gas, energy, industrial projects)
- Strong knowledge of commissioning processes, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to develop and implement commissioning plans and schedules
- Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with relevant project management software and tools
- Experience with renewable projects, specifically" solar, wind, BESS or substatation projets
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and certifications
- Previous experience with large-scale or complex projects
- Familiarity with risk management and troubleshooting during commissioning
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or signifacant industry experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in commissioning, start-up, or project management roles within relevant industries
- Demonstrated success leading commissioning teams during large projects
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CQM, or equivalent are a plus
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to evolving project needs
