Key Details Location: Brisbane Airport
Pay:$32 per hour + penalties + superannuation
Shifts: AM and PM shifts available (up to 5 shifts per week)
These roles support a major airport catering operation supplying meals and equipment to commercial airlines.
Key Responsibilities Depending on operational requirements, duties may include work across the following areas:
Production (mostly PM shifts):
- Assisting chefs with food preparation
- Preparing salads, sandwiches, and desserts
- Plating airline meals to strict safety and quality standards
- Industrial cleaning of catering carts, trays, and ovens
- Assembling and packing catering carts ready for upcoming flights
- Manual handling and general cleaning duties
- Must be available for up to 5 shifts per week(not suitable as a second job)
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable access to own vehicle (non-negotiable)
- Ability to perform frequent manual handling tasks
- Flexibility to work across AM and PM shifts
- Strong reliability and teamwork skills
- Ability to pass:
- Drug & Alcohol testing
- National Police Check
