Uncapped Commission | High Growth Environment | Build & Scale Role
We are building out a high-growth 3PL sales function in Victoria and are looking for an experienced logistics sales professional who has been part of a fast-scaling business journey.
This role suits someone who has worked in a 3PL, freight, fulfilment or supply chain business that has grown rapidly over the last 7–10 years, and understands what it takes to win customers in a competitive, fast-moving environment.
If you have been part of a business that has scaled, expanded into new markets, or aggressively grown its customer base, this role is designed to mirror that environment again.
The Opportunity You will own the Victorian market and be responsible for building a pipeline and winning new 3PL customers across warehousing, fulfilment, distribution, transport and value-added logistics services.
This is a true new business role with full ownership of your territory and commercial outcomes.
You will operate in a growth-focused environment where speed, commercial thinking and customer acquisition capability are critical.

- Strong existing network across supply chain, logistics or procurement decision-makers
- Proven track record in winning new 3PL, freight or logistics customers
- Comfort operating autonomously in a high-growth, unstructured sales environment
- Strong commercial negotiation and solution-based selling capability
What You Will Do
- Build and own a Victorian 3PL new business pipeline
- Leverage your existing industry network to generate immediate opportunities
- Lead full sales cycles from first contact through to close
- Develop tailored logistics solutions in collaboration with internal teams
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new customer contracts
- Maintain disciplined CRM and forecasting accuracy
- Provide structured handover to operations for onboarding
- Feed market intelligence back into the business to support growth strategy
- Consistent acquisition of new 3PL customers in Victoria
- Revenue and gross margin contribution from new business
- Strong, self-generated pipeline coverage
- Successful onboarding and retention of new clients
- Uncapped commission with strong earning potential
