About the Role
A South Australian government financial services division is seeking two (2) ASO4 Project Support Officers to join a specialist Service Delivery Support and Change team.
The team works behind the scenes to support critical financial operations, partnering with internal stakeholders to strengthen processes, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Taxation functions.
This role involves hands-on project support, data management, and analytical activities within a high-volume, compliance-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide project support to AP/AR process management initiatives
- Catalogue and manage data storage and documentation
- Conduct time observation and work measurement studies
- Perform high-volume data entry, analysis, and reporting
- Support research, data collection, and process improvement activities
- Work to strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong data entry and typing accuracy
- Ability to manage high volumes of work
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Strong numerical reasoning and analytical skills
- Ability to learn new systems and adapt quickly

- Payroll environments
- Call centre or high-volume transactional settings
- Financial reporting and accounting
