The Principal Procurement Advisor is sought to provide senior‑level procurement leadership and advice across a major rail infrastructure program. Operating at AO7 level, the role supports effective procurement strategy, governance, probity and contract management across multiple live delivery packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior procurement advice to management and project teams
- Lead procurement strategy for complex, high‑value infrastructure works
- Support effective contract management and delivery outcomes
- Identify and manage procurement risks and compliance requirements
- Ensure alignment with Qld Government procurement and probity frameworks
- Engage and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
About You
- Experience leading complex procurement within major infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of Queensland Government procurement frameworks
- High standards of probity, governance and accountability
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Senior advisory capability in multidisciplinary environments
- Rail or large‑scale infrastructure experience (highly regarded)
