AO4 Project Support Officer (Delivery)
Location: CBD (Hybrid)
Contract: ASAP start – 2 November (possible extensions)
Rate: $60.25 – $65.82 per hour + super

Overview
An opportunity is available for an experienced Project Support Officer (Delivery) to support a government client across both pre-construction and construction project phases. This role focuses on coordination, document control, scheduling, and risk support to ensure effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide project support to the Delivery Director and Senior Project Manager (Delivery)
  • Assist with possession planning activities
  • Support risk management processes and scheduling activities
  • Establish and maintain SharePoint document structures
  • Develop and maintain process flowcharts for document control and delivery processes
  • Maintain Design and Document Review Distribution Lists
  • Develop and update Distribution Matrices and Stakeholder Lists
  • Track document reviews and follow up on outstanding feedback
  • Support design review processes, including coordination and consolidation of comments
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining document control processes

Skills and Experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in SharePoint and project/document management systems
  • High attention to detail in managing trackers, flowcharts, and documentation
  • Proactive approach to managing tasks and deadlines
  • Understanding of risk management, scheduling, and possession planning processes
  • Experience supporting design review and document control activities

Requirements
  • Qualifications in project management, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in project support within construction or infrastructure environments
  • Familiarity with pre-construction and construction processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
