Rate:$51.13 – $56.72 per hour + super
Contract: 8 month assignment, with possible 2 x 12-month extension options
Overview
An opportunity is available for an AO3 Program Support Officer to join a Corridor Management team supporting infrastructure programs across road, bikeway, and development projects. The team is responsible for managing third-party access and development assessments across a regional network.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage quality assurance of application documentation using online platforms, including engagement with utility providers
- Support Project Managers to ensure tasks are delivered within required timeframes, including legislative deadlines
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support effective engagement
- Maintain shared email inboxes and allocate actions accordingly
- Prepare process documentation and identify opportunities for improvement
- Interpret construction industry documents and mapping systems
- Ensure compliance with legislation, WHS requirements, policies, and governance standards
- Demonstrate strong initiative, organisation, and self-management
About You
- Strong administrative and coordination experience, ideally within infrastructure, construction, or government environments
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience working with stakeholders and technical teams
- Confidence interpreting technical documents and mapping systems
- High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
