An exciting opportunity is available for an ANZ Partnership Coordinator to support a high performing alliances and channels function across Australia and New Zealand.
This role sits across two core areas of the business, Partner Account Management and Partner Success, providing exposure to both commercial and enablement functions. You will support partner managers with pipeline coordination, insights tracking and weekly prioritisation, while also assisting the partner success team with planning and execution of enablement events and communications for the partner ecosystem.
The role is ideal for an organised and adaptable coordinator who can manage multiple priorities, work closely with senior stakeholders and thrive in a fast paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate weekly partner pipeline reviews and follow up actions
- Support partner account managers with insights and reporting
- Orchestrate partner enablement events including registrations and logistics
- Manage communications to the partner ecosystem
- Work closely with two team leaders to prioritise workload across both functions
- Strong coordination or project support experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable managing competing priorities
- Confident communicator and team player
- Experience with Salesforce, Slack and Google Workspace desirable
- Exposure to marketing, communications or copywriting advantageous
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency
