We’re looking for a reliable and organised Administration Clerk to support day-to-day operations within a busy fertiliser distribution business.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, can stay on top of multiple tasks, and communicates well with both internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Managing emails and customer enquiries
- Booking deliveries and coordinating schedules
- Data entry and general administrative support
- Basic use of SAP for orders, invoicing, and tracking
Previous administration or customer service experience
- Confident handling phones and email communication
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable using systems (SAP experience highly regarded)
- Able to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Stable, full-time opportunity
