Administration Clerk – Fertiliser Distribution

We’re looking for a reliable and organised Administration Clerk to support day-to-day operations within a busy fertiliser distribution business.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, can stay on top of multiple tasks, and communicates well with both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Managing emails and customer enquiries
  • Booking deliveries and coordinating schedules
  • Data entry and general administrative support
  • Basic use of SAP for orders, invoicing, and tracking
About You:

Previous administration or customer service experience
  • Confident handling phones and email communication
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Comfortable using systems (SAP experience highly regarded)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
