Chandler Macleod is currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to support a busy team within a fast-paced operational environment in the Gladstone region.
This role will play a key part in ensuring day-to-day administrative functions run efficiently, supporting team coordination, scheduling, and operational processes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain organisation, accuracy, and workflow across the business.

This position is ideally suited to an experienced administrator who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
About the Role Reporting to the relevant Manager, the Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support, coordinating schedules, and assisting with operational and team requirements.
You will play a key role in maintaining structure across calendars, meetings, and documentation, while supporting internal coordination and ensuring processes are completed accurately and on time.

Administrative Support & Coordination
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings
  • Organise and assist with function and event setup
  • Provide general administrative support across the team
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems
Data & Systems Management
  • Collate and maintain data and reports
  • Raise and process purchase orders
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across administrative systems
  • Support reporting requirements as needed
Stakeholder Support
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate activities and schedules
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Provide support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
About You
  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
