About the Role We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with non-residential customers. This role focuses on coordinating service delivery, supporting commercial agreements, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. You’ll act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, working across teams to deliver operational excellence and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, managing enquiries, requests, and service outcomes.
- Support and administer commercial agreements and service arrangements.
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery and resolution of customer matters.
- Identify and manage risks associated with customer activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and agreements.
- Provide insights and advice on customer needs, emerging risks, and opportunities for service improvement.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in account management, customer relationship management, or stakeholder engagement.
- Experience supporting or managing commercial agreements, service arrangements, or contracts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Project Management, or related fields.
- Experience using project management tools.
- Experience in utilities, government, or regulated sectors.
- A collaborative, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
- Short-term engagement until 30 June 2026
