Location: Brisbane Airport
Pay Rate: Approx. $39.40 per hour + penalties
Hours: Monday to Friday - 10:00am to 6:30pm
About the Role We are seeking an Operations Agent with a strong mix of forklift/manual handling experience (60%) and administrative skills (40%) to join our client's time-critical operations team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth workflow across a 24-hour operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Book in jobs and manage time-sensitive tasks.
- Add loads into the booking system accurately.
- Operate forklift and handle manual loading/unloading.
- Maintain compliance with operational and safety standards.
- Use internal systems for data entry and asset card management.
- Support operational performance and resolve issues promptly.
- Forklift licence and experience with manual handling.
- Strong computer literacy for data entry and internal programs.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
