Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Are you a people-focused professional with strong organisational skills and experience in agency or workforce coordination? We are looking for a  Staffing and Workforce Coordinator  to join our team in  Jandakot, WA, supporting our client with end-to-end labour planning and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

• Agency Management: Work closely with onsite agency consultants to ensure
• management of pools 
• Pool Management: Monitor and manage the availability and performance of casual and contract staff
• Roster Management: Build and maintain daily and weekly rosters in line with operational requirements
• Maintain clear, accurate communication with internal teams, workers, and clients

What We Are Looking For

• Agency background or Human Resources (HR) experience desirable but not essential
• Roster management experience desirable 
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
