The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Administrator to commence immediately in a casual temporary capacity, with strong potential to transition to permanent employment for the right candidate.
This role will provide critical administrative support within a fast-paced operational environment, with a strong focus on SAP processing and compliance coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase orders, invoices and requisitions in SAP
- Accurate data entry and system updates
- Maintaining documentation, records and compliance registers
- Coordinating site inductions and onboarding documentation
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and site personnel
- Providing general administrative support as required
- Strong SAP experience in an administrative capacity (essential)
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Reliable, proactive and able to hit the ground running
- Exposure to Hunter Valley mining induction portals (e.g. Coal Services
or major mining operator systems)
- Previous experience in mining, heavy industry or site-based environments
- Immediate start
- $45–$50 per hour + super (casual)
