About the Role This is a hybrid role combining business development, sales, and account management. You’ll be responsible for growing your client portfolio, nurturing key accounts, and delivering outstanding recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and identify growth opportunities
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide consultative recruitment solutions across your portfolio
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
- Proven experience in sales and account management(recruitment experience highly regarded)
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys client engagement
- Results-driven with a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
