About the Role This is a hybrid role combining business development, sales, and account management. You’ll be responsible for growing your client portfolio, nurturing key accounts, and delivering outstanding recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and identify growth opportunities
  
  
• Manage and grow existing client accounts
  
  
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  
  
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  
  
• Provide consultative recruitment solutions across your portfolio
  
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service

• Proven experience in sales and account management(recruitment experience highly regarded)
