Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial management activities for a major infrastructure alliance.
- Provide expert financial advice to senior project stakeholders.
- Support the development and maintenance of financial policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Monitor project cash flow, budgets, expenditure, and cost performance.
- Prepare and manage monthly Progress Claims.
- Produce accurate financial statements, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations including invoice review, payment approvals, and bank account management.
- Review and validate financial variances to ensure compliance with alliance agreements.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience in project accounting or financial analysis within construction, engineering, or capital‑intensive infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency with financial systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated capability in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial management.
- Broad technical exposure across reporting, budgeting, treasury, taxation, and managerial accounting.
- Public sector or government project experience is highly desirable.
- CPA or CA membership is advantageous.
