An organisation operating within the aviation sector is seeking experienced Senior Payroll Officer to support a high volume, complex payroll environment during a period of change. The role will manage fortnightly payroll in arrears across multiple employee groups. ADP Payforce experience is essential. The engagement is initially for four weeks with strong potential to extend for a further four weeks. The roles are required to support staff absences, turnover and ongoing structural changes. This is a full time role, five days per week, with three days based on site at the Mascot.
Key responsibilities
- Process high volume, fortnightly payroll using ADP Payforce
- Manage complex payroll scenarios across multiple awards and employment types
- Resolve payroll queries and discrepancies accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards and enterprise agreements
- Support payroll continuity during periods of leave and organisational change
- Proven Senior Payroll Officer experience in complex environments
- Mandatory hands on experience with ADP Payforce
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and EBAs
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
