Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR advice to senior leaders
- Manage complex ER/IR matters, investigations, grievances & performance issues
- Lead change management and impact assessments
- Support talent, succession & performance cycles (Oracle HRM)
- Analyse HR data to drive people initiatives
- Support P&C frameworks including remuneration, job architecture & org design
- Ensure compliance with legislation & industrial agreements
- Extensive experience as a Senior HR Business Partner
- Strong ER/IR knowledge across multiple agreements
- Proven change management experience
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong written communication & reporting skills
- HR qualifications or equivalent experience
- High‑impact government HR role
