We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive retail business in Cranbourne, a leading provider of premium automotive products and services with a strong local presence and a reputation for exceptional customer service. They are committed to safety, innovation, and community engagement, and are looking for a motivated individual to take on this leadership-focused role.

About the Role:

This is a dual-focused role, combining hands-on customer service and sales responsibilities with team management. You will lead the sales floor, ensure smooth daily operations, and guide a small team to deliver exceptional service. Daily tasks include assisting customers, managing enquiries, converting interest into sales, maintaining inventory, and supporting workflow coordination. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for career progression in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales floor, ensuring high standards of presentation, organisation, and customer service
  • Lead and support team members to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent service standards
  • Provide outstanding customer service, including assisting with enquiries and product recommendations
  • Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
  • Maintain inventory, support stock management, and coordinate daily operations
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
  • Support team training and development
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in customer service and sales, ideally within a retail or automotive environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency is essential
  • Automotive industry experience preferred but not required
