About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Return to Work Partner to support injury management, recovery at work processes, and workplace rehabilitation across a diverse workforce. In this role, you will provide expert advice, education and practical support to leaders and staff, ensuring all injury management and RTW activities align with legislative requirements and best‑practice WHS standards.

Key Responsibilities
Injury Management & RTW
- Coordinate end‑to‑end return‑to‑work activities for injured employees.
- Develop and monitor tailored Recover at Work plans.
- Liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, rehabilitation providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate RTW records and ensure high-quality documentation.
- Educate and support staff and managers in meeting WHS and duty-of-care responsibilities.
- Assist with incident investigations and contribute to corrective/preventative actions.
- Participate in WHS audits and assist in maintaining the WHS Management System.
- Support coordination of the Health & Safety Committee.
- Contribute to health and wellbeing program delivery.
About You — Essential Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in Work Health & Safety, Recover at Work, or Injury Management.
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation, particularly NSW RTW requirements.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex WHS and RTW processes.
- Completion of WorkCover‑approved Introduction to RTW Coordination (or equivalent).
- Current Class C NSW Driver Licence.
- Experience developing or implementing WHS Management Systems.
- Exposure to continuous improvement frameworks or business excellence tools.
