About the role
As an experienced NSW Registered Surveyor (BOSSI) you will contribute to a wide range of cadastral, development, and infrastructure/government projects within a supportive, quality‑assured environment.
- Monitor, review, and improve surveying and drafting work to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery
- Maintain strong client relationships, including preparing scopes and fee proposals where required
- Develop business opportunities with new clients
- Provide guidance, coaching, and technical development to Surveyors and Field Assistants, supporting capability uplift across the team
- Maintain and develop technical competencies and stay abreast of changes to surveying technology
- Utilise and contribute to the company’s Quality Assurance (QA) and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) systems, ensuring compliance across the team
As a confident communicator with a professional, reliable, detail‑focused approach, you will be comfortable working both independently and as part of multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver projects to a high standard.
Bringing strong capability in cadastral, development and infrastructure/government surveying projects, you will be a NSW Registered Surveyor (BOSSI).
