Required Skills:
- Proven experience in adult health assessment, medical surveillance, and health promotion
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for medical data management and documentation
- Ability to support and coordinate health initiatives and site health programs
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, medical testing, and health evaluations
- Comfort with data entry into systems such as Cority, with a focus on accuracy and privacy
- Previous occupational health or industrial nursing experience
- Familiarity with respiratory fit-testing, ear-fit testing, and alcohol & drug testing procedures
- Experience supporting psychological wellbeing initiatives and return-to-work programs
- Ability to support emergency response with first aid expertise
- Current and valid registration as a Registered Nurse
- Prior experience in a site-based or industrial environment preferred
- Certifications including first aid, occupational health training, and immunization courses (HESA-accredited immunisation certification is required for vaccination support)
- Local hire, not supportive of FIFO arrangements
- Ability to work a 45-hour week, Monday to Friday, with nine-hour work days
- Willingness to undergo training for occupational health procedures, testing, and systems as required
- Commitment to supporting health promotion activities, vaccinations, and wellbeing programs
