About the role
We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician to join a dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of refrigeration and air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
This position offers a varied workload, working across multiple sites, and requires a strong focus on safety, compliance, and high-quality workmanship.
Duties
• Install, position and connect refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including ducting, piping, and controls
• Interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications
• Conduct routine servicing and preventative maintenance on HVAC-R equipment
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out repairs
• Perform refrigerant recovery, leak detection, and system recharging
Skills and Experience
• Relevant trade qualification or minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of refrigeration systems and HVAC principles
• Ability to interpret schematics and technical documentation
• Experience with fault finding and diagnostics using relevant tools
• Drivers licence
