Temporary Panel Chair Consultants – Perth CBD

We are seeking experienced consultants for temporary short-term engagements to chair interview panels with our government client in Perth CBD.

About the Role

Successful consultants will chair a three-person interview panel (comprising yourself and two senior officers), conduct structured interviews, and prepare a brief written consensus at the conclusion of each interview.

Key Details

• Duration: Approximately 12 weeks
• Commencement: Around 31 March 2026
• Location: Perth CBD
• Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm, Tuesday to Friday
• Interviews: Approximately 8 interviews per day

Responsibilities

• Chair interview panels of three members
• Ensure fair, consistent and professional interview processes
• Lead panel discussions and decision-making
• Write a concise interview consensus (typically 1–2 paragraphs) following each interview

Requirements

• Ability to confidently chair panels and facilitate discussion
• Strong written skills to capture clear and accurate interview outcomes
• Own laptop with webcam (required)
• Availability to commit to the full engagement period
