Chandler Macleod, part of the global RGF network, is looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney team.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to start their career in recruitment and enjoys sales, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be supported by an experienced team while learning the full recruitment process and developing your career within a global organisation.

What You’ll Do

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, networking, and referrals
• Screen candidates and match them to suitable job opportunities
• Coordinate interviews and support the recruitment process from brief to placement
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Identify new business opportunities and support client growth
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or recruitment is highly regarded
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Strong organisation and time management skills
