This is an excellent opportunity for an agency recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across white-collar, Professional services and Government roles in a high volume setting, while building long-term client partnerships and growing a successful recruitment desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full end-to-end recruitment including job briefings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
- Managing recruitment across corporate and professional services roles
- Business development, client relationship management, and account growth
- Proactive candidate sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent pooling
- Delivering high-quality recruitment solutions in a fast-paced agency environment
- Strong business development and client management skills
- Previous agency recruitment experience preferred (Consultant or Senior Consultant level)
- Proven ability to manage a sales desk and deliver results
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Background recruiting across white-collar / professional services highly regarded
- Experience in high volume recruitment or Government experience will be highly regarded
