Are you an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator with strong Crown Joystick experience?
Can you handle the cold — literally?

We’re recruiting skilled operators to work in a -26°C freezer environment at a busy Truganina site, with long-term ongoing work and real potential to secure a permanent position.

🔹 What’s Available:

• Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
  
  
• Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm – 10:30pm
  
  
• Monday to Friday roster
  
  
• Ongoing long-term work
  
  
• Opportunity to transition to permanent
  
  
• Supportive team & stable operation
  
  

🔹 The Role:

• Operating High Reach forklifts (Crown Joystick – mandatory experience)
  
  
• Working in a -26°C freezer environment
  
  
• Putaways, replenishments & stock movement
  
  
• Manual handling and labouring tasks when required
  
  
• Maintaining strict safety & compliance standards
  
  

🔹 What You MUST Have:

• ✅ Proven Crown Joystick High Reach experience (non-negotiable)
  
  
• ✅ Current & valid Forklift Licence (LF)
  
  
• ✅ Experience working in fast-paced warehouse environments
  
  
• ✅ Ability to pass a Police Check
  
  
• ✅ Availability for an immediate start
  
  
• ✅ Own certified and compliant freezer PPE (“freezer gear”) suitable for -26°C conditions
  
  
• ✅ Willingness to assist with manual tasks as required
