- 6-month initial contract with strong potential to convert to permanent (FTE)

- 8:6 roster (Wednesday to Wednesday swing)
- Opportunity to work on a brownfields fixed plant upgrade project
- Exposure to a Tier 1 mining operation

- Rate : $80 -$90.00
This role will focus on brownfields projects including chute refurbishments, thickener recoating and skirting upgrades. You will work closely with a team of Supervisors and Engineers to ensure safe, efficient and timely project delivery across site.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver fixed plant upgrade and refurbishment projects from execution through to completion
- Coordinate design, construction and operational interfaces
- Oversee works including chutes, skirting systems and recoating activities
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to maintain project progress
- Ensure all activities are delivered safely and in line with site standards
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive project outcomes
- Monitor progress to ensure delivery against scope, schedule and quality requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Structural preferred)Electrical, Civil or Mining disciplines considered with relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project delivery within mining or heavy industry
- Demonstrated experience working on fixed plant projects
- Strong understanding of brownfields project environments
- Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Strong focus on safety, delivery and continuous improvement
