Production Worker

Production Worker  Location: Yatala
Shift: 0700-1530 Mon to Thurs & 0700-1300 Fri
Pay Rate:$33 per hour
 

Our client is Australia’s largest wholesale producer of premium custom‑made window furnishings and are seeking a reliable Production Worker to join their Yatala manufacturing team.

Overview & Purpose of the Role The Production Worker is responsible for working on the assembly line as a key member of the team, ensuring all tasks are completed.

Key Responsibilities • Operate machinery and hand tools to assemble window shutters
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials with accuracy
• Perform quality checks to meet company standards
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets
• Read and interpret work orders and production instructions
• Package and label finished products
• Assist with loading and unloading materials
• Work collaboratively and support continuous improvement

What we are looking for? • Experience using basic tools and equipment
• Previous experience in a production or assembly environment
• Achieving department KPIs
• Demonstrating commitment and reliability
• Good manual handling skills
