Location: Newcastle, NSW
Employment Type: Temporary (Casual with view to permanent after 6 months)
Hours: Monday to Friday, onsite (no hybrid)
Pay Rate:$44.62–$47.44 per hour (incl. 25% casual loading)

About the Role We are seeking a Production Support Coordinator to join our Newcastle Wire Mill in a newly created role supporting production supervisors and site operations.
This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations through accurate administration, SAP system support, reporting, and coordination of essential site processes.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Data entry and maintenance of operational records
  • SAP transactions including requests, updates, and processing
  • Invoice processing and basic procurement support
  • Stock, consumables, and PPE management
  • Report preparation and general administrative support
  • Supporting supervisors with documentation and workflow coordination
About You You are organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

We’re looking for someone who has:
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (SAP or similar systems highly regarded)
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A proactive approach and willingness to improve processes
Experience in manufacturing, logistics, administration, or site-based support roles will be highly regarded.

Requirements
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment functional medical assessment
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check
  • Strong computer literacy and accurate data entry skills
  • Full-time onsite availability in Newcastle (no hybrid working)
