Location: Kwinana, WA
Position Type : Contract
Pay Rate: $46.27 p/h (DAYS) + $57.84 (NIGHTS) + Penalties
Shift Type : Rotating Day & Night 10-hour shifts
Role Overview
As a Process Operator, you will be part of the production team responsible for the safe and efficient manufacture of bitumen-based products. You will operate and monitor plant equipment, ensure product quality, and maintain safe working conditions in an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plant operation & monitoring
- Product handling & sample processing
- Safety & compliance
- Liaising with drivers for load out specifications
- Manufacturing bitumen-based products
- Australian citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
- Ability to obtain a MSIC card
- Experience in a processing plant environment ( essential)
- Process plant knowledge and fault-finding abilities
- Forklift ticket
- Physically fit
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg
- Understanding of dangerous goods
- Quality assurance
- Equipment care & housekeeping
- Undertaking truck load outs
