Join a respected public health organisation and provide high-level support to a senior director in a fast-paced, impactful environment. This is a temporary role (up to 6 weeks, with potential for early completion) ideal for an experienced PA with a healthcare background.

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, organised Personal Assistant to support a senior director within a major public health service in Melbourne. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations through efficient diary management, documentation support, stakeholder communication, and administrative coordination.

Immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex diaries, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate emails, correspondence, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and documentation
  • Assist with PowerPoint presentations and communication materials
  • Support HR, payroll, and staffing functions (including variations and performance scheduling)
  • Maintain supplies and update data across multiple systems and databases
  • Provide excellent customer service to staff, patients, and visitors
  • Contribute to administrative projects and general office support
About You
You are an experienced PA who thrives in busy healthcare environments and enjoys supporting senior leaders. You bring:
  • Previous PA experience within a hospital/healthcare setting
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office and hospital IT systems
  • A warm, patient-focused approach and excellent communication skills
