The Opportunity

An opportunity is available for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join a collaborative and supportive team on a 3-month contract. This role will partner with leaders across the organisation, providing both strategic and operational HR support while contributing to a safe, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.
The People & Culture team supports key organisational priorities including culture, diversity and inclusion, workforce planning, recruitment, learning and development, employee relations, wellbeing and workforce reporting. The function also incorporates occupational health and safety, people-related risk management and governance, ensuring a safe and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational HR advice to managers and leaders
  • Support initiatives relating to organisational culture, inclusion and workforce planning
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, Enterprise Agreements, Awards and Acts
  • Assist with organisational change processes, including consultation and implementation
  • Identify workforce trends and insights to support informed decision-making
  • Work collaboratively with the People & Culture team to deliver key initiatives across the organisation
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in a People & Culture / HR Business Partner role
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, Enterprise Agreements and Awards
  • Experience providing strategic and operational HR advice to leaders
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capability
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
