About the Role You’ll work alongside a dedicated administrative assistant to manage a portfolio of Owners Corporations across regional Victoria, including Echuca, Yarrawonga, Seymour, Wallan and Wodonga.
This is a structured and supported role — you’ll receive full training, clear processes, and ongoing guidance to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing communication with owners, committees and contractors
- Preparing for and attending meetings (in person and online)
- Coordinating maintenance and contractor works
- Assisting with levies, invoices and general administration
- Conducting site visits across the region
- Learning and working within relevant legislation (training provided)
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Stays calm and solutions-focused in challenging situations
- Is organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities
- Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
- Brings strong people skills and practical judgement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- A current full driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel and attend occasional after-hours meetings
- Salary from $65,000 + super (depending on experience)
