Operations/Recruitment Coordinator

Working within an exciting, dynamic environment, where no two days are the same, you will play an integral role in assisting people from the start of the recruitment process through to successful employment with our client whilst connecting all of the dots in between!
About the role:
In your new role of Operations/Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely with our Recruitment Consultants to support the delivery of a seamless recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for our clients and candidates.
- Onboarding Administration: Ensuring seamless facilitation of candidate onboarding, site inductions, pre-employment assessments and sub-contractor management to support a positive transition from recruitment to employment.
- Workforce Administration: Timesheet management, payroll processing, facilitating client requests and approvals through vendor management systems.
- Recruitment Support: Execute administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as updating and maintaining databases, responding to emails, scheduling interviews and providing general day to day support throughout the recruitment process and employee lifecycle.
- Compliance: Ensure regulations, standards, and ethical practices that apply to our business are adhered to, including compliance to accurate data entry and record keeping within our database.
You’ll be a detail-oriented and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, and you aren’t phased by juggling competing priorities.
In addition, we’re looking for:
- Proven administrative experience within a data, systems and compliance driven environment. Experience supporting onboarding, inductions, sub/contractor and compliance processes within a recruitment, HR or project/site based environment will be highly regarded.
- A genuine, inquisitive and empathetic approach to the client and candidate experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with intermediate to advanced level computer skills and experience navigating customer related databases and vendor management systems.
- The ability to collect, analyse and interpret data and information.
- Willingness to engage, contribute and be part of a positive, high performing team, working collaboratively with your peers in both a face to face and remote structure.
